PLUS-VIDA Wellness Partners Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2. Acceptance into the program is subject to PLUS-VIDA approval.
3. Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, representatives, agents or partners of PLUS-VIDA.
4. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and reporting obligations.
5. Affiliates earn commissions only on eligible, verified referral sales.
6. Self-referrals do not qualify.
7. Canceled, fraudulent, refunded or charged-back orders do not qualify.
8. Commissions may be adjusted or reversed when a qualifying transaction is later refunded or disqualified.
9. Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising, endorsement and consumer-protection rules.
10. Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with PLUS-VIDA.
11. Affiliates may not make unauthorized medical or disease claims.
12. Affiliates may not use spam, deceptive advertising, misleading representations or fraudulent traffic-generation methods.
13. Affiliates may not impersonate PLUS-VIDA.
14. Affiliates should not register domains, social media accounts or advertisements that misleadingly represent themselves as the official PLUS-VIDA company.
15. Affiliates may use PLUS-VIDA trademarks and marketing materials only as authorized by PLUS-VIDA.
16. PLUS-VIDA may suspend or terminate an affiliate for fraud, abuse, misleading health claims or material violation of program rules.
17. PLUS-VIDA may modify commission percentages, payout rules or program terms prospectively, with appropriate notice to participants.
18. Changes should not retroactively eliminate legitimate commissions already earned and approved under previous terms, except where fraud, refunds, chargebacks or program violations apply.
19. Affiliate accounts may not be sold or transferred without PLUS-VIDA authorization.
20. Participation does not guarantee income or earnings.

Standard Wellness Partner – 10% Commission: any approved person may participate, even if he or she has never purchased a PLUS-VIDA product.

Preferred Wellness Partner – 12% Commission: at least two separate paid PLUS-VIDA orders on two different dates, each paid successfully, completed, a legitimate customer transaction, not canceled, not fully refunded, and not fraudulent or subject to a chargeback. The 12% rate applies to future qualifying referral transactions after the upgrade; previously earned commissions are not recalculated. Once legitimately earned, the 12% level remains as long as the affiliate account remains in good standing.

Commission = Net Eligible Product Sales × Affiliate Commission Rate. Eligible product sales means the amount actually paid for eligible PLUS-VIDA merchandise after applicable merchandise discounts.

No commission is paid on:

1. Sales tax
2. Shipping charges
3. Delivery fees
4. Tips
5. Gift card purchases
6. Donations
7. Refunded amounts
8. Canceled orders
9. Chargebacks
10. Fraudulent transactions
11. Test orders
12. Internal company orders
13. Affiliate's own purchases

Referrals remain attributed to an affiliate for up to 30 days after a click on the affiliate's referral link, subject to the tracking technology and applicable privacy requirements. The last valid affiliate referral before purchase receives the commission. A valid affiliate coupon or referral code entered at checkout is used as strong attribution evidence when supported by the affiliate platform. Commissions are never paid to two affiliates for the same order.

Suspicious transactions, including possible self-referrals, are flagged for administrative review rather than automatically paid.

All newly earned commissions remain Pending for 30 days to allow for returns, refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, chargebacks and fraud review. At the end of the 30-day period, a legitimate commission changes from Pending to Approved.

For a full refund, the commission is $0 and any pending commission is canceled; an approved but unpaid commission is reversed. For a partial refund, the commission is recalculated on the remaining eligible net product sale (example: $100 sale, 10% = $10; after a $40 refund, $60 remains and the correct commission is $6).

Approved commissions are paid monthly once they reach the $25.00 minimum payout. Amounts below $25 automatically carry forward to the next payment period. Payout frequency may be changed by PLUS-VIDA.

Affiliates receive commissions only for legitimate qualifying product sales that they directly refer to PLUS-VIDA. There are no recruitment commissions, downline commissions, second-level commissions, team commissions, or recruitment bonuses based simply on enrollment.

Affiliates may describe PLUS-VIDA products using company-approved language and approved marketing materials.

Affiliates must NOT make unauthorized statements claiming or implying that a PLUS-VIDA product:

1. Diagnoses a disease
2. Treats a disease
3. Cures a disease
4. Prevents a disease
5. Replaces prescription medication
6. Replaces medical treatment
7. Guarantees a medical result

Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with PLUS-VIDA whenever recommending or promoting PLUS-VIDA products. The disclosure should be easy for the consumer to notice and understand and should appear with the promotional message rather than being hidden on another page.

12. Trademark impersonation
13. Purchasing advertisements that deceptively appear to be official PLUS-VIDA advertising
14. Manipulation of referral tracking
15. Creating orders solely to generate commission
16. Recruiting affiliates merely to obtain compensation

Affiliates are not given private customer information. Affiliate reporting may show an order number or masked transaction reference, date, sale amount attributable to the affiliate, commission amount and commission status — never customer medical information, questionnaire responses, medications, diagnoses, full payment information or private health-related intake information.
