For health and safety reasons, all tinctures, teas, and other herbal consumable products are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products leave our facility. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must notify us within 2 days of arrival by email at Info@plus-vida.com. We will review your claim and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
